Levin is the Founder of the Ultimate Global Group. An entrepreneur of Goan origin, Levin has lived and breathed the real estate and hospitality industry for the last 32 years. Over three decades he has created longstanding strategic partnerships and has been involved in major developments across New Zealand and Asia.

With a strong and diverse senior management background in banking, hospitality and construction spanning 30 years, Lloyd is responsible for the governance and day-to-day operations across the Group.

Chris, a Dutch entrepreneur currently based in Bali joined the Group’s operations in 2015.

He currently heads the Bali operations and oversees the management of several projects in
Bali and other parts of Asia.

Joshua has a background in Finance and Strategic Management, and has worked with the Ultimate Group since 2014 in a variety of roles across marketing, sales, accounting, and management. Having a strong working knowledge of construction and development, he plays a key role across a variety of the Group’s projects.

Russell specialises in land development, and with a background in civil engineering and municipal infrastructure, he knows what is required to make a development successful. He has been involved in land development and subdivision projects ranging from large residential developments to high density multi-unit projects, commercial developments and retirement villages.

Ryan started his building career by working on various types of construction projects in the UK and Canada, gaining valuable knowledge of a wide range of construction techniques. Prior to joining the Group, he was in a senior role at an award-winning construction company in New Zealand. He is constantly exploring ways to improve housing affordability and sustainability.

Greg started his real estate career in Sydney over 20 years ago. He is a fully licensed real estate agent with industry awards in Australia and New Zealand. His passion is to help guide and mentor real estate teams and find innovative ways to improve the real estate experience for buyers, sellers, and landlords alike.
